Virtue Money is a family run Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Linlithgow. We help you to manage your financial goals, and really specialise in helping you with pensions or investments.

Kayleigh joined the family business straight from school while working her way through her degree from Edinburgh Napier, in Business and Marketing. Throughout her time in the business, she has worked in many areas and has also completed her Diploma in Financial Advice. She spends most of her day working on running the business and keeping everything running smoothly.
She is now a mother of 2 young children who take up most of her time, or she can be found in the gym.

When the company found that it needed an IT Manager, Kevin was delighted to take the job as he had just finished a degree from Edinburgh University in Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. Having previously worked in various administration roles in the company before that, he knew that the culture was one that could really support and encourage him. Now, quite a few years on, Kevin makes sure that the company is running well, and that anything technical is taken care of.
Having two young children fulfils Kevin’s life, but he still finds time to work his way through his kindle backlog.

Alan started his career in London working with blue chip companies before returning to Scotland. Alan moved into financial services 15 years ago and joined Virtue Money in April 2014. He very much enjoys building long lasting, trusted business relationships with both corporate and private clients and believes that this coupled with maintaining an excellent level of service gives clients financial peace of mind.
Alan lives in Linlithgow and when not working enjoys spending time with his wife and two children who keep him busy. He also enjoys running, climbing the odd Munro and has completed a few triathlons!

Grant joined the company in January 2013, from Royal Bank of Scotland where he worked for 26 years. His career was predominately spent in the Retail Banking Division, although he also worked in both the Commercial Banking and Treasury divisions. Initially his regulated financial experience was gained within Royal Scottish Assurance, the banks own investment, pension and protection company where he worked for 7 years. His last 8 years with RBS were spent within the Private Banking team advising High Net Worth clients with their wealth requirements such as investment and inheritance tax planning. He is an experienced financial services professional with extensive banking and investment experience and strong relationship management skills
Grant is focused on delivering impartial and bespoke financial planning advice, whether in relation to retirement or investment planning. He is an advocate of true financial planning which is aligned with clients’ overall objectives in life as opposed to transactional, sales driven relationships.
Grant holds the Diploma in Financial Planning, is a member of the Personal Finance Society and is working towards Chartered status.
Away from work Grant likes to spend time with his family and watches football. In addition he enjoys playing golf and cycling.

Susan joined the company in 2007, on a part time basis. She then later became a ParaPlanner/Administrator for the team full time.
After leaving school, Susan joined the Clydesdale Bank where she worked for 2 and half years. She then moved to Standard Life where she worked for the next 10 years in the servicing team and then latterly in the Policy Loans Team. Susan had a 5 year sabbatical from 2002 to 2007 when she stopped work to become a full time mother.
Susan thoroughly enjoys her job which is incredibly varied and no two days are ever the same! When Susan is not at work she enjoys spending time with her three children and husband. She also loves brussel sprouts but does not like cabbage. Her favourite quote is “Do not take life too seriously, you will never get out of it alive!”

Eilidh joined the company in 2012 where she worked part time through school as Saturday Support. Eilidh has also obtained a joint University honours class degree from the University of Stirling in Business Studies and Marketing. She also worked within a Young Enterprise team during her studies as Marketing Director. Since then, Eilidh joined the Virtue Money team full time in 2018, taking the role of the Marketing Coordinator.
Eilidh is very passionate about her job and thoroughly enjoys working alongside the other Virtue Money team. Her passion for marketing began at school whilst studying a Marketing and Retail qualification from the Open University, alongside her other SQA Highers which included Business Management. When Eilidh is not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as walking her dog – Riley.

Sarah joined the company in August 2016, from St. James’s Place where she had worked for 5 years. Sarah started her financial services career in 1987 with Barclays Bank before joining Woolwich Building Society in 1989, where she worked for 14 years. Whilst working for the Woolwich she was ranked number 1 Financial Adviser in the UK for the year 2000.
Having gained excellent knowledge and experience across the industry, Sarah aims to provide clients, both individuals and families, with a first-class service by exceeding their expectations in all aspects of financial planning.
Sarah holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is working towards the Chartered status. Sarah has also been shortlisted in the Financial Adviser of the Year – Scotland & NI category at the inaugural Women in Financial Advice Awards 2018/19.
Away from work, Sarah enjoys travelling, running and sending quality time with her family and is she kept very busy watching her two sons play badminton and football and transporting them to their various activities.

Diane started her career in financial services working for one of the UK’s largest pension providers. She moved to the company in November 2003 and has worked as an Independent Financial Adviser since May 2009. She enjoys building and maintaining valued relationships with her clients and takes great pride in ensuring that they trust and respect her advice on everything financial.
Diane lives locally and when not working spends time with her husband and two children. She enjoys planning for and going on holidays and travels regularly. One of her favourite pastimes, however, is spending time with her dog and she enjoys long walks in the countryside, whatever the weather.
